Returns/Exchanges policy

Modest Mermaid accept exchanges for size changes and returns on items within 14 days of receipt of product, subject to the below conditions:

• item is not washed or worn
• tags are attached
• proof of purchase is supplier

Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping postage to Modest Mermaid and we will send the exchanged product back to the customer free of charge.
